Key Responsibilities Paid Social & Digital Lead Generation Lead execution across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms in alignment with the internal marketing team's strategy. Optimize campaigns toward cost per appointment and revenue Scale winning campaigns and test new growth channels Funnel Optimization & CRO Own full-funnel performance from click to booked appointment Lead A/B testing across landing pages, creative, offers, and messaging Improve conversion rates through structured experimentation CRM & Database Marketing Develop segmentation and nurture strategies Improve database monetization and lifecycle performance of digital leads Bring Your A-Game Fast learner Google Analytics Certification Google Ads Certification Experience in DNS forwarding using GoDaddy Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work dynamically within a team Compensation and Benefits Our benefits package is designed to support your health, well-being, and work-life balance, including comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO, a robust 401K plan, and more. Location and Schedule Embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work model, based in Henrico, Virginia. This position is in office Monday-Thursday with a remote workday on Friday.
