Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist Project-Based | Immediate Start | Remote CForce Global is seeking an experienced specialist to build and launch an integrated marketing and lead-generation system that will help us attract and convert new B2B clients. Key Responsibilities Review our current marketing and business development approach. Recommend the most suitable tools and platforms. Set up and integrate: Google Ads and Meta Ads Lead-generation landing pages Email and SMS marketing CRM pipelines and automated follow-ups Lead forms, calendars, notifications and reporting Create and launch the initial campaigns, workflows and templates. Train our team to manage the platforms independently. Provide clear documentation and post-setup support. Requirements Proven experience with B2B lead generation and marketing automation. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, email and SMS marketing. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform. Ability to train and support non-technical users. Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing or professional services is preferred. Engagement This is initially a fixed-fee project covering the strategy, complete setup, launch, documentation and team training. After completion, we will manage the platforms internally, with the possibility of paid on-call support when required.
