Full-Time New Delhi / Remote Marketing

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. You will design and execute performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, from paid ads to organic content, helping NEMBHARAT reach and convert its target audience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Manage and grow NEMBHARAT's social media presence across all platforms
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimise for conversions and ROI
• Create and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Write ad copy, email newsletters, and post captions
• Generate weekly reports on digital performance metrics
• Collaborate with the design team for creative assets
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
• Good understanding of SEO best practices and analytics tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent written English and Hindi communication skills
