Digital Marketing Intern (Fall 2026)

Duration: August 31 - December 4, 2026
Commitment: 10 - 15 hours/week

Kaili Woop is a multidisciplinary art and design brand rooted in traditional printmaking techniques, offering original fine art, wearable pieces, and creative services. Based in Astoria, Queens, our mission is to transform everyday items into playful, one of a kind works of art celebrating individuality, creativity, and accessibility. Since our founding in 2020, we've grown into a bold, unapologetic brand seeking to inspire through self-expression and artistry.
Internship Overview
Kaili Woop is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester. This is a remote internship designed for a passionate, driven individual eager to gain hands on experience in digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, and grassroots brand building. You will play a key role in growing our digital presence and helping shape the voice of our brand.
Key Responsibilities (flexible schedule between 10-15 hours a week)
Social Media Management (3-5 hours/week)
• Maintain and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, Pinterest and LinkedIn using Business Suite and other in app tools
• Edit and prepare content for posting (captions, audio, thumbnails, sizing etc)
• Actively engage with accounts daily to increase visibility and grow follower base
• Participate in engagement groups and manage inbox responses promptly
Content Creation (5-7 hours/week)
• Create carousels, reels and collage images for use across multiple platforms
• Create and edit images to use for web, newsletter, blog posts and press kits
• Research and compile trends in spreadsheets to assist in organizing content that needs to be recorded
• Assist in updating and designing product and service catalogs to send to social media leads
Team Collaboration (1 hour/week)
• Attend weekly Zoom check in meetings to reflect on progress, set new goals, and align on strategy
• Participate in a monthly one on one performance check in
• Contribute candid feedback and creative ideas during strategy sessions

• Develop professional communication and outreach skills
• Learn to build and analyze consumer profiles
• Gain experience using data analytics tools within social media and spreadsheets
• Understand the role of copy in marketing and storytelling
• Acquire knowledge of newsletter platforms (Mailchimp)
• Learn to manage marketing tasks in a startup environment
• Develop skills in marketing via non-traditional platforms like Pinterest, LinkedIn and Gigsalad
• Contribute original ideas for campaigns, content themes, and brand storytelling.

**Bonus: Experience with copywriting, content scheduling, Canva, Illustrator/Photoshop and Blender
