At Soccer Shots, you'll spend about half your time creating marketing campaigns and helping grow the business—and the other half leading fun soccer sessions that positively impact young children. This isn't just another internship spent behind a desk. You'll leave with real projects, measurable accomplishments, and experience using industry-leading marketing tools. What You'll Do Digital Marketing Create engaging social media content for Facebook and Instagram Design flyers, banners, and promotional materials using Canva Assist with email marketing campaigns Help manage customer databases and CRM platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and SportsEngine Support Google Ads and digital advertising initiatives Assist with SEO and website updates Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements Business Development Help identify and recruit new schools, childcare centers, and community partners Assist with community events and promotional activities Support marketing campaigns that drive program enrollment Collaborate on new ideas to grow the business On-Field Coaching Lead engaging Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 2–8 Use our nationally recognized curriculum to teach soccer skills and character development Build confidence, teamwork, and a love for being active Create a fun, positive environment where every child feels successful What You'll Gain Real-world digital marketing experience Professional experience with Canva, Salesforce, SportsEngine, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish Public speaking and leadership experience Coaching and classroom management skills Mentorship from an experienced leadership team A professional portfolio of marketing projects The opportunity to positively impact hundreds of local children Who We're Looking For Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, Education, or related majors encouraged to apply Creative, organized, and eager to learn Strong communication skills Passion for working with children and giving back to the community Comfortable using social media platforms Reliable transportation No prior coaching or soccer experience required—we provide all training Internship Details Paid internship Approximately 25–40 hours per week Tuition reimbursement available Flexible schedule Child safety clearances required after hire About Soccer Shots Soccer Shots is the nation's premier children's soccer program for ages 2–8. Our curriculum combines soccer, character development, and fun to create an experience children love and parents trust. Each year, our local team serves thousands of children throughout Philadelphia and Lower Bucks County while partnering with schools, childcare centers, parks, and community organizations across the region.
