The role

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, search visibility, and social media growth for Fungies.io. This is not a strategy-only role. You will launch and optimize campaigns yourself, create and publish content, analyze results, and turn market insight into clear growth actions.

Your main goal will be to generate qualified demand while building a credible, visible brand in the payments and digital-commerce space. You should be comfortable moving between Google Ads, SEO work, LinkedIn content, analytics dashboards, and AI-assisted production in the same day.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience: You have at least three years of hands-on experience in SEM, SEO, online advertising, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on campaign management: You have personally managed and optimized advertising campaigns, rather than only working through an agency or external team. Experience with Google Ads is essential; LinkedIn Ads and other relevant paid-social platforms are a strong advantage.
• Social-media ownership: You have run corporate social-media channels and can create content that is clear, useful, and credible for a B2B audience.
• Daily use of AI tools: AI is already part of your normal workflow. You use it to work faster and smarter across research, copy, content, data analysis, creative ideation, and experimentation.
• Payment and marketing fluency: You actively follow current payment, Merchant of Record, fintech, social-media, and digital-marketing trends. You understand that this knowledge needs to turn into useful commercial action.
• Data-driven mindset: You can interpret campaign and website data, identify what is working or underperforming, and make decisions based on evidence rather than vanity metrics.
• Strong written English: You can write sharp, natural, business-level English for ads, social posts, landing pages, and internal reporting.
