We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on performance marketing (Google Ads, Paid Social, B2B lead generation) who will at the same time become the driving force behind the use of AI in performance marketing with us: from automated reporting and AI-supported analyses through to your own agents and workflows that make our work faster, better and more scalable. You evaluate, build and establish the AI workflows our team will work with in the future, Real client responsibility: You manage performance marketing budgets for B2B and B2C clients, advise them as an equal partner and take ownership of the results – from strategy to KPI review, Individual development: You get the space to continuously develop yourself both professionally in performance marketing and in the field of AI, agents and automation, Your tasks: Conception, implementation and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok or comparable channels, Monitoring and analysis of campaign, website and CRM data as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action; building and using performance dashboards for an efficient reporting routine, Building AI agents and workflows with tools such as Copilot, GPTs, Claude, n8n, Zapier or comparable solutions, e.g. for campaign management, asset generation & management as well as reporting and analysis, Support in developing new AI-based services and offerings for clients, Active knowledge sharing within the team and helping to shape best practices for AI in digital marketing. Your qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, English as well as German skills on at least B2 level, Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and, ideally, other ad platforms, Experience in analysing and interpreting marketing KPIs and deriving concrete optimisation measures, Curiosity about AI: You already experiment with AI tools and are keen to build automations yourself. First touchpoints with n8n, Make, Zapier, GPTs/Claude Projects or APIs are a clear plus, Basic technical understanding: Terms like API, webhook, JSON or conversion tracking don't put you off – they spark your curiosity. A bit of scripting (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script) is welcome, but not a requirement, Initiative and courage: You have the drive to get to grips with new topics independently, to put your own ideas forward and to simply try things out. Reliability, taking ownership and teamwork are a given for you, Strong communication skills and enjoyment of client contact and consulting.
