The company helps businesses solve communication, branding, recruiting, training, and customer acquisition challenges through video and digital marketing. In addition to video production, the company has recently expanded into paid advertising services, helping clients generate qualified leads and grow through targeted social media campaigns. As the company continues to scale, they are looking for a proactive marketing professional who can support day-to-day digital marketing activities, maintain a consistent online presence, and assist with marketing execution across multiple platforms. About the Role The Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the execution of the company's day-to-day digital marketing efforts. This role focuses on social media management, content creation, basic paid advertising support, and marketing coordination to help maintain a consistent online presence. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple marketing tasks while following established processes and strategies. This is an execution-focused position for someone who enjoys creating content, managing social media, and supporting marketing initiatives in a growing business. The role is primarily execution-focused. All paid advertising strategy, campaign direction, budgets, launches, and final approvals will remain under the direct supervision of the owner. The coordinator will execute tasks using established processes, training, and specific direction. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook. Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. Monitor comments and direct messages and respond when appropriate. Track basic engagement metrics and provide regular performance updates. Content Creation Create social media graphics, carousels, and promotional materials using Canva. Write engaging captions, social media copy, and basic marketing content using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude. Develop ideas, hooks, and simple scripts for short-form video content. Assist with content planning and organization. Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines. Edit basic short-form videos for social media platforms. Paid Advertising Support Monitor Meta Ads campaign performance and track key performance metrics. Organize and document campaign data, reporting insights and flagging potential issues or opportunities. Update creatives, copy, audiences, or campaign settings only under direct guidance and approval. Assist with campaign setup and launches as training progresses and under direct supervision. Marketing Support Assist with organizing marketing assets and content calendars. Research industry trends and competitor content for inspiration. Maintain marketing files, templates, and creative resources. Support additional marketing projects as assigned. Lead Generation Support Follow up with inbound leads using established scripts and processes. Conduct prospect research and build targeted prospect lists. Maintain accurate lead records and marketing databases. Assist with cold outreach through approved channels using established messaging and workflows. Qualifications & Skills Must 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management. Experience managing business social media accounts. Working familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audiences, creatives, and core performance metrics. Strong proficiency with Canva. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content creation. Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and marketing content. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (professional fluency required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while following established processes. Preferred Experience working for a marketing agency, creative agency, or video production company. Experience creating content for service-based businesses. Familiarity with content calendars and social media scheduling tools. Basic understanding of social media analytics. Portfolio showcasing social media content, Canva designs, or marketing projects.
