Description Sigvaris is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. As a leading compression solution provider, we are not just a company that manufactures products. We are a global team on a mission to help people feel their best. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for programming digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including social media platforms, and email. This individual will also be responsible for measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. This position will assist with e-commerce administrative tasks on Amazon and other third-party platforms including MAP policy communication and enforcement. This role will assist with the development and execution of photo shoots and other departmental projects. This position is remote; however, you are expected to be in the Peachtree City, GA office for meetings twice per month, and trainings as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support the organization's digital marketing initiatives through careful planning and coordination of campaigns. • Program and deploy content across all assigned digital channels according to the digital marketing campaign calendar. • Measure the success of each campaign based on the performance of channel KPIs and create monthly reports on the effectiveness of all campaigns. • Optimize content for all digital platforms (SEO website, content production, social platforms, etc.). • Contribute creative ideas to Digital Marketing Manager and Director to support relevant content development. • Assist other third-party administrative tasks and MAP enforcement. • General assistance with influencer campaigns, photo shoots and other departmental projects. • Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment. o Interacts with external and internal customers in a manner conducive to continued positive relationships. o Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary. • Demonstrates effective communication methods. o Appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions. o Responds quickly to all oral and written communications. o Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers; using the appropriate style to ensure clear two-way communication with different audiences (senior management to new shop floor employees). o Check and respond to voice mail messages in a timely manner. o Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer. • Follows established company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SIGVARIS policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State and local laws. • Assists with the implementation of Lean/Kaizen initiatives or events in the department. • Follows all work instructions, creates and maintains accurate records to meet all internal and external requirements to support the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy. • Accurately performs any other duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure an efficient workflow. Requirements EDUCATION and WORK EXPERIENCE: • Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or relevant degree. • Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce marketing, email marketing, social media or a related role. • Strong knowledge and experience of all different marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices. • Must have hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Shopify, and Canva. CRITICAL SKILLS: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. • Advanced copywriting skills • Intermediate-level understanding of graphic design principles • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and promotional campaigns. • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize PREFERRED SKILLS: • Basic understanding of SEO, website content best practices, and digital merchandising. • Familiarity with Google Analytics or ecommerce reporting tools is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses cameras, standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Occasionally required to sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, bend, lift or climb.
