We’re hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist for our Communications & Marketing Team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will turn data into action by powering digital campaigns that advance NH Housing’s mission. In this role, you will: Bring digital campaigns to life by building and launching emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and social content in HubSpot, ensuring everything is polished, functional, and ready to make an impact. Own the quality of our audience data by managing contact lists, segmentation, and subscription preferences so the right messages reach the right people at the right time. Partner closely with the Communications team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, including paid media, helping turn ideas into thoughtful, effective digital experiences. Turn data into insights by building reports and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, identifying trends, and making recommendations to continuously improve performance. Champion a consistent and inclusive brand experience by ensuring every communication meets our standards for quality, accessibility, and clarity. Your experience, skills, and education should include: At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform. Preferred: HubSpot certifications; experience in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations; basic HTML/CSS skills; experience building dashboards or campaign reports.
