Who we are looking for

You will drive the operational execution of our lead generation for Destination OS and Skiline – from SEO/SEA to campaigns and marketing automation. You will work closely with our Brand & Content Creator, who sets the brand guidelines and content strategy, and ensure that this translates into measurable, qualified leads for sales.

Your tasks

• Strategy and management of lead generation (SEO, SEA, campaigns, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing)
• Design and continuous optimization of landing pages and conversion paths
• Setting up and further developing marketing automation (e.g., Braze), including lead scoring
• Managing the marketing-to-sales funnel, including lead qualification and handover to the sales team
• Professional guidance and prioritization for the Brand & Content Creator (content, website, and campaign assets)
• Performance tracking, reporting, and continuous campaign optimization
• Collaboration with external partners as well as close coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management

Your profile

• Experience in demand/lead generation or performance marketing, ideally in B2B/SaaS
• Confident handling of SEO/SEA tools, marketing automation (e.g., Braze, HubSpot), and funnel tracking
• Initial experience in the professional guidance of team members or external service providers is an advantage
• Analytical thinking combined with strong conceptual skills
• Fluent German, good English

Salary

For this position, the minimum gross salary is EUR 2,500 per month (full-time – 38.5 hours/week), in accordance with the IT collective agreement (IT-Kollektivvertrag). We offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
