Who We Are Come and See exists to invite everyone to encounter Jesus through exceptional storytelling that brings the Bible to life. We are the foundation behind The Chosen — the first-ever multi-season series about the life of Jesus — which has reached millions around the world with authentic, high-quality storytelling. Our mission has four objectives: complete all seven seasons of The Chosen, translate the series into 600 languages, make it globally accessible, and keep it forever free — so the greatest story ever told can reach the first billion people. We believe excellence isn't vanity; it's our offering. And we do it together, as collaborators in a mission that matters. This is more than media. It's invitation and we'd love for you to be part of it. About the Role Come and See is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute the email, social, and web campaigns that help us reach, inspire, and mobilize audiences around the world. In this role, you'll build and deploy email campaigns, support social media publishing, contribute to cross-channel messaging, and make sure every digital touchpoint ships with accuracy and excellence. You in a nutshell: detail-oriented, hands-on with ESPs and social platforms, and driven by a genuine passion for using digital tools to advance ministry impact. You care about getting the UTM structure right, but you never lose sight of the mission behind the message — every email, post, and push notification is a chance to help someone encounter Jesus. What You'll Do Email Campaign Execution Draft, build, test, and deploy email campaigns using the organization's ESP (Virtuous, HubSpot, or similar). Ensure templates, design, copy, links, UTMs, and personalization function properly across devices. Maintain email lists, segments, and automations, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CAN-SPAM. Support setup, testing, and monitoring of automated journeys (welcome series, nurture flows, reactivation). Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and provide regular reports. Social Media Support Develop content calendars and platform strategies. Schedule and publish content across Come and See's social channels, coordinating copy, creative assets, and links to maintain a consistent posting calendar and brand voice. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags — answering questions, thanking supporters, and elevating prayer requests, donor concerns, or sensitive issues to the appropriate team member. Support cross-channel digital campaigns, ensuring alignment between email, web, app, and social media. App Marketing Support Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to align app messaging (push notifications, in-app banners) with active campaigns. Assist in preparing and formatting assets (copy, images, links, UTMs) for app-based campaigns. QA app push notifications and in-app messages for accuracy, functionality, and consistency. Website Support & Asset Coordination Work closely with fundraising, creative, and campaign teams to execute deliverables on schedule. Coordinate collection and organization of creative assets for timely campaign deployment. Manage assigned work in Asana, keeping tasks current and meeting agreed turnaround times. Handle supporter data with confidentiality and in compliance with organizational security standards. Optimization & Quality Assurance Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creative, links, and send times. Ensure content follows accessibility best practices and is optimized for mobile. Partner with campaign leads and creative teams to improve templates, workflows, and UTM tracking processes. What You Need to Succeed Experience & Education 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, social media publishing, or digital campaign execution. Hands-on experience with at least one major ESP (e.g., Virtuous, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Skills & Strengths Strong HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates. Familiarity with social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar). Experience creating and managing UTM codes for campaign tracking. Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines. Collaborative, mission-driven, and eager to grow in digital ministry work.
