Digital Marketing Specialist - Performance, Creative & AI

Location: Gold Coast, QLD | 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Salary: $90,000-100,000 + super

Our client is a founder-led Gold Coast business operating two growing D2C e-commerce brands. It's a lean, fast-moving environment with very little red tape - ideas get tested in days rather than quarters and the commercial impact of good work is visible almost immediately. The successful candidate will sit alongside the Founder with genuine ownership of paid social, CRO and the AI systems that support both.

This is a hands-on execution role, not strategy-only and it will suit someone who enjoys building things themselves and seeing the numbers move.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day execution in Meta Ads Manager - campaign builds, creative uploads, QA, performance analysis and reporting
• Partner with the Founder on Meta strategy, creative testing frameworks and ongoing performance gains
• Build AI-assisted landing pages and lift the quality of product pages and the wider customer journey
• Design and run A/B tests, then translate the results into practical next steps
• Manage website updates and site performance improvements across both stores
• Develop creative concepts, hooks and briefs for paid social content
• Edit and repurpose video and other creative assets for campaign use
• Build AI tools, automations and repeatable marketing workflows that save time and scale output
• Contribute to Google Ads and TikTok Ads where capability allows, or brief and manage external specialists

Requirements

• Around 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
• Deep, practical Meta Ads Manager capability - account structure, creative testing and performance analysis
• Proven track record building tools, workflows or automations with AI (beyond using it to generate copy)
• Solid grounding in landing pages, CRO, A/B testing and performance reporting
• Strong written communication, commercial judgement and attention to detail
• Self-directed - able to take a rough idea and deliver finished work without step-by-step direction

Highly regarded: Shopify, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, video editing, content creation, APIs or low-code tools.
