Everywhere. for Everyone! 💼 Your everyday work-life Manage and optimize on-site search across Greece, Cyprus and Stores portals to improve product discovery, relevance and customer experience Define and maintain product ranking, sorting strategies, site tree structure and facet optimization across Product Listing Pages Monitor and analyze key search and merchandising KPIs, including CTR, conversion rate, search-driven revenue and zero-result searches, identifying optimization opportunities Collaborate with external search technology partners and internal Commercial, Content and IT teams to deliver enhancements and align search strategies with business goals Identify and pilot AI-powered search, recommendation and personalization initiatives that enhance customer experience and commercial performance. 🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 1+ year of experience in Digital Merchandising, Product Discovery, Search Optimization or a similar eCommerce role Experience with on-site search platforms and merchandising tools such as Constructor, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Elastic or similar Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, PIM systems and product data structures Proficiency in Excel, BI tools and performance data analysis Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in search, relevance and product discovery optimization 💎 What we offer Continuous training in new technologies and tools Career development and growth opportunities Competitive bonus scheme, performance-based Group health/medical insurance package Hybrid working model Internal wellbeing initiatives ⭐ Join #teamKotsovolos and be part of a team that promotes new technologies, loves to evolve, embraces diversity and is next to society.
