About the Role: Join our Digital Operations group as a Digital Operations Associate Tester and help us deliver reliable, high-quality digital solutions that support our operations. This role focuses on a variety of testing methodologies and performing testing efforts for decentralized platforms and applications. What You’ll Do: Reviews technical requirements and provides analysis on testing approach and content being deployed in the project. Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements to prepare for testing solutions. Leads test planning, documentation, test execution, error reporting, analysis, and error verification. Works collaboratively among Digital and business test groups to support quality and acceptance testing. Conducts regression testing as needed per control guidelines. Support existing business applications and end user training and documentation. Adheres to established software development life cycle methodology and internal controls governing Change Management Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience with technology testing that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2-5 years). Clinical Trial experience (highly preferred) Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC and AI platforms (ChatGPT) System testing experience with digital technology including eCOA (preferred) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with system testing and writing test documentation (including script writing) Experience working with IT Developers in system enhancements and new functionalities. Confident initiative-taker Organized and Detail Oriented Excellent critical thinking skills Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary. Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently as well as with a team to meet hard deadlines. Ability to organize and present information in clear and concise formats. In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role. The annual salary range estimated for this position in North Carolina is $60,000- $80,000 USD. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
