We are currently seeking a Digital Partner Development Manager to support our client's retail and consumer partner ecosystem through partner enablement, business development, pipeline growth, and sales acceleration initiatives. This is a fully remote opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building strong partner relationships, driving revenue growth, and helping technology partners succeed. Position Summary The Digital Partner Development Manager will serve as the primary business owner and trusted advisor for assigned retail partners, on behalf of one of our global technology clients. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline development, partner readiness, inventory management, and business performance across the retail and consumer channel. The successful candidate will work closely with partners to increase product adoption, accelerate deal progression, improve partner capabilities, and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned retail partner accounts and maintain regular engagement aligned to agreed Rhythm of Business (ROB), delivering monthly revenue and unit targets by partner. Build trusted advisor relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders. Provide sales and business development guidance, creating strategic account plans to identify areas of joint growth. Support partner readiness for the client's product portfolio, licensing, incentives, programs, and training. Act as a subject matter expert on the client's key tools, programs, and processes. Monitor market trends and apply intelligence to influence partner strategy in business planning decisions. Compare and position the client's solutions against competing offerings in the industry. Accelerate sales through active weekly pipeline management, deal progression, forecasting, and marketing initiatives. Conduct partner performance reviews to measure health and deal closure, driving sustainable growth and profitability. Guide partners through available resources, incentives, and business programs. Train partner stakeholders on operations, tools, and self-service resources. Assist partners in solution readiness, including AI solutions, productivity and collaboration tools, and services attach. Support hardware compliance and correct licensing scenarios. Advise on technical issues, roadblocks, and recurring FAQs. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, opportunities, and activities within CRM systems. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including experience interacting with C-level stakeholders on projects with partners, distributors, or retailers. Experience within the technology industry (experience with a leading global technology client desirable). Retail, OEM, or marketing partner experience (hardware, portfolio, and channel knowledge). Experience managing revenue targets, sales quotas, pipeline development, or forecasting activities. Strong knowledge of inventory, sell-in, and sell-thru processes. Experience working with CRM systems. Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly within a global technology partner ecosystem. Product knowledge relevant to guiding retail partners (desirable). Knowledge of PC hardware manufacturers and local market trends. Digital marketing knowledge. Gaming sector knowledge. MBA or postgraduate specialization in Business, Management, or related disciplines.
