The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner, to drive continuous improvement across our student-facing digital experiences. In this role, you’ll own and optimise the product backlog across partner websites, ensuring high-value features are prioritised and delivered in line with product strategy and student needs. You’ll act as the voice of the student, working closely with UX/UI, CRO, Delivery and Technology teams to create seamless, high-performing digital experiences. Your New Role: Own and manage the product backlog, aligned to roadmap and business priorities Champion a customer-first approach, driving improvements in UX, engagement and conversion Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, UX/UI, CRO, Tech) to deliver high-quality digital experiences Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements in Confluence Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies Balance competing priorities (enhancements, defects, technical debt, SEO, security) Support QA, UAT and production validation during releases Lead delivery kick-offs and provide ongoing clarity to delivery teams Communicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readiness Build strong relationships across Digital, Marketing, Operations and Technology Who We Need: You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Owner with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. You’ll bring: 2-3 years experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in agile environments Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience advantageous) Expertise in backlog management across multiple priorities Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting QA/UAT Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into delivery-ready solutions A strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking approach Bonus if you have experience with: Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, Salesforce CRO or digital optimisation environments Education, retail or high-volume customer-focused industries Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) What’s In It For You?
