Reporting to the Head of Digital Development, you will work to support and deliver a wide range of digital product and platform development for all of Collins, supporting the design, development and delivery of new and existing digital products and websites for our Education, Language and Reference arms of the business. Key Responsibilities Establish and personally manage effective internal and external relationships with teams across multiple locations. Provide project support on Collins platforms – including but not limited to the Collins Hub & CollinsDictionary.com – follow industry best-practice using tools like JIRA & Confluence for sprint planning and product documentation. Be accountable for product testing and release planning. Product support across multiple digital products and platforms such as Collins Hub running webinars and creating and updating user guides and videos. Assist with producing Collins Dictionary.com UX / GUI design briefs for internal and external use, with an understanding of the product aligned to user needs. Contribute to the scoping/development of new products and/or new features of existing products, including user research. Promote best practice & due diligence in terms of project governance and documentation. Be the first escalation point for digital support, triaging queries and assisting with resolution across multiple platforms. Produce and monitor analytics reports to inform publishing priorities and to manage our KPIs. Adapt and learn continuously by leveraging AI as appropriate to improve current processes and deliver quality improvement, efficiency and cost saving. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong organisational skills: ability to manage your own time and to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines Ability to produce highly accurate work with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders Interest in digital innovation, particularly in Edtech / language learning Interest in UX – making the experience as positive as possible for the end user Thorough thinker: ability to work through the ramifications of changes or new features in digital products and platforms Confidence working digitally Interest in how AI is rapidly evolving and shaping publishing and development opportunities Desirable: Experience of working in Edtech / language learning Able to translate requests from customers/stakeholders into requirements for developers, and vice versa (distil technical information from developers into need-to know summaries for stakeholders) Experience of agile working & familiarity with JIRA / Confluence
