The Impact You’ll Make in this Role The Digital Solutions Supervisor is responsible for managing a cross-functional team of software developers and quality assurance engineers (Manual & Automation). This role ensures seamless collaboration between development and testing functions, driving high-quality product delivery within agreed timelines. The role incumbent should also have a good handle on AI trends, technologies and contribute to future AI enablement. Key Responsibilities: Build, Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers (3D, Web) and QA engineers (manual & automation). Build, manage and maintain a state-of-the-art QA automation foundation and framework that continuously evolves with the platform and technology needs Foster the culture of continuous improvement within the team and drive transformation programs resulting in significant efficiencies. Plan and manage sprint activities, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes. Coordinate with Product Owners, Designers, and Operations for smooth releases. Monitor progress and proactively address risks or blockers. Oversee coding standards, code reviews, and architecture discussions. Define and implement QA strategies, including test automation with AI framework and regression testing. Drive end to end QA AI implementation across QA lifecycle. Establish KPIs for code quality, test coverage, defect rates, and release stability. Provide clear and timely updates to leadership and stakeholders. Escalate issues and propose solutions effectively. Key Qualifications & Experience: 15+ years’ experience in development in .NET Core, .NET 8, Microservice, Service Fabric, Entity Framework, MVC, MS Test, Web API, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, SQL, Java, HTML, CSS/SCSS (not all required). 15+ years’ experience driving quality assurance processes, enhancing performance frameworks, and ensuring system scalability and reliability, all while delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Test NG), API testing, CI/CD, MS SQL database, Cloud platforms (Azure), other tools (Git, Jenkins, Postman, VS Code, SQL Management studio.) Hands on experience on LLM, NLU, NLP, MCP, RAG Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps principles. Certifications: PMP, CSM, ISTQB (nice to have). Key Competencies: Strong written, verbal and active listening skills. Strong Problem Solving, root cause identification and planning skills Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Cultural intelligence and adaptability in diverse environments.
