Digital Support Specialist (m/f/d)

iad is an international real estate company built on a digital network rather than a traditional branch structure. Our independent agents work with modern tools, structured training and an international network behind them. We operate in eight countries, connect around 20,000 independent real estate agents supported by roughly 500 employees internationally. For our Frankfurt team, we are looking for a Digital Support Specialist (m/f/d) - someone who enjoys helping our agent network get the most out of our digital systems, approaches technical problems with a solution-oriented mindset, and helps us improve our processes over time. In this role you are the interface between our real estate agents, HQ colleagues and external partners. You make sure our digital tools work reliably day to day, answer technical questions, and spot opportunities to improve systems and workflows. You do not need a formal IT background. What matters is technical affinity, a structured way of thinking, a fast learning curve and genuine enjoyment in solving problems and supporting people. Main responsibilities: First point of contact for agents and HQ colleagues on technical questions about our digital tools and systems Managing user accounts and access rights across our core systems Handling support requests and following tickets through to resolution, coordinating with the relevant internal and external contacts Monitoring the functionality and data quality of our CRM, and managing the publication of property listings on relevant portals Testing new features, updates and system changes, and channelling user feedback back to the responsible teams Identifying manual or inefficient processes and helping to optimise them Maintaining our FAQs and writing short how-to guides and tutorials for our users What you bring: Strong technical affinity and genuine interest in digital systems — a formal IT qualification is not required First practical experience in support, service, operations or a similarly process-driven role (e.g. through a working student position, apprenticeship or previous employment) Confident handling of common business tools; experience with CRM systems or ticketing tools is an advantage A structured, independent working style and a solution-oriented mindset Clear, patient communication with non-technical users German at C1 level or above, plus very good English What we offer: An international working environment with direct, day-to-day collaboration across countries A modern, well-equipped office in Frankfurt am Main Two days of home office per week High-quality work equipment On-site parking Online training on demand Employee benefits programme (Pxtra and Corporate Benefits platforms) Your birthday off A pet-friendly office — your dog is welcome!
