Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related discipline.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Take-offs, Construction Estimation, or Quantity Surveying for US commercial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar digital estimating software.
• Proven ability to review architectural, structural, and construction drawings for material quantity estimation.
• Experience interpreting project specifications, bid documents, addenda, and construction documentation.
• Hands-on experience preparing quantity take-offs, material summaries, proposal-ready reports, and estimating documentation.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, metal deck, insulation systems, or related commercial construction disciplines.
• Prior experience supporting US contractors, estimators, sales teams, or pre-construction departments is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and estimation accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage multiple take-off projects while meeting strict client deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for quantity summaries, reporting, and cost calculations.
• Good written English communication skills with experience coordinating directly with US-based estimating and sales teams.
• Self-motivated professional capable of managing complete take-off workflows with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and construction drawings to understand project scope.
• Perform accurate digital quantity take-offs using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or equivalent estimating tools.
• Interpret project specifications, bid documents, and addenda for material quantification.
• Prepare quantity reports, take-off summaries, and proposal-ready estimating documentation.
• Coordinate directly with estimating, sales, and project teams to clarify project requirements.
• Revise quantity take-offs based on client comments, updated drawings, and design revisions.
• Ensure all take-off reports meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation, revision records, and estimating files.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, and potential quantity risks during project review.
• Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, and pre-construction documentation.
• Manage multiple estimating assignments while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
• Continuously improve estimating processes, reporting quality, and project turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Take-offs, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Estimation.
• Strong expertise in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent software.
• Experience interpreting US construction drawings, specifications, bid documents, and addenda.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction estimating and material quantification.
• Experience supporting US construction projects and proposal workflows is highly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, quantity analysis, and estimation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
