The client is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to support its digital workplace initiatives.
Digital Workplace Project Manager
The Digital Workplace Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of Digital Workplace initiatives that enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and experience through the effective use of technology.
The role oversees project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, governance, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management, the Project Manager drives stakeholder engagement, facilitates governance forums and steering committees, and provides transparent reporting on project progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to support successful outcomes and continuous improvement.
Drive the Digital Workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into effective and scalable workplace solutions.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
Ensure consistency and compliance with IT governance frameworks and the IT landscape, including security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms.
Drive coordination and oversight of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and consulting partners.
Oversee project execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution, while providing regular updates to senior management.
Evaluate solutions, technologies, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value.
Improvement Management, User Adoption & Employee Experience
Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies to maximize the value and impact of digital workplace solutions.
Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including adoption, platform usage, user satisfaction, and business value realization.
Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions and successful outcomes.
Promote best practices and innovative ways of working, with a strong focus on employee experience, usability, efficiency, and productivity.
Required Skills & Competencies
Extensive experience in project and program management, applying Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent methodologies.
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and change management skills.
Broad understanding of digital workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, and modern digital ways of working.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership capabilities.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and matrix organizational environments.
Work Arrangement
Engagement on a 100% or 80% basis, corresponding to approximately 220 or 180 working days per year, based on a 7.6-hour workday. To be discussed during the interview directly with the manager.
Hybrid working arrangement with an expected split of 50% remote and 50% on-site, in line with Bank policies and operational needs.
