Job Description: Key Responsibilities: 1. OSAT Production Management Own day-to-day production management across multiple OSAT partners, ensuring on-time delivery, output targets, and quality commitments are consistently met. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for OSAT production engineering and operations teams. Conduct regular production reviews, capacity reviews, and escalation meetings with OSAT partners. Establish and enforce production control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures at OSAT sites. Monitor and manage OSAT performance against defined KPIs including yield, cycle time, output, and quality metrics. 2. Yield Management Own yield performance across all managed packages and OSAT production lines. Monitor yield trends, identify excursions, and lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes in collaboration with OSAT process engineering teams. Implement and maintain statistical process control (SPC) frameworks to sustain yield at production targets. Drive systematic yield improvement programs through structured data analysis and OSAT engagement. Communicate yield status and improvement roadmaps to internal stakeholders and leadership. 3. Supplier Quality Support in supplier quality programs for assigned OSAT partners, including production monitoring, audit execution, and non-conformance management. Support Material Review Board (MRB) and Failure Review Board (FRB) activities for production escapes and non-conforming material. Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closure with OSAT partners, tracking effectiveness and on-time resolution. Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable quality standards and internal policy requirements (e.g., IPC, JEDEC, AEC-Q100/Q101). Conduct periodic supplier quality checks and manufacturing process assessments. 4. Production Ramp Management Lead the ramp of new or transferred packages into high-volume production at OSAT sites, ensuring manufacturing readiness, capacity confirmation, and output targets are achieved. Execute run-at-rate (RAR) plans, production readiness reviews, and ramp milestone tracking. Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain, test engineering, and product operations to ensure seamless ramp execution. Identify and resolve ramp blockers — including process, material, equipment, and capacity constraints — in a timely manner. Transition programs from ramp phase to stable production, establishing sustaining control and monitoring plans. 5. Supply & Capacity Management Partner with supply chain and operations teams to manage material availability, OSAT capacity allocation, and production scheduling. Identify and proactively mitigate supply risks, including capacity shortfalls, material constraints, and single-source dependencies. Support demand planning inputs and translate product volume requirements into actionable OSAT capacity plans. Support escalations related to supply shortages or delivery commitments. 6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide senior technical leadership within the packaging operations organization. Communicate production status, risk, and mitigation plans clearly to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 15+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging, with a strong focus on high-volume production and OSAT management. Deep working knowledge of semiconductor assembly and test processes (e.g., flip chip, BGA, WLP/FOWLP, QFN/QFP, SiP). Demonstrated experience managing production yield, quality programs, and supply continuity at OSAT partners. Proven track record leading production ramps from initial output through stable high-volume manufacturing. Proficiency in quality management methodologies including CAPA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and MRB/FRB processes. Strong communication, escalation management, and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to operate effectively across geographies and cultures. #LI-DNP Additional Information: This position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in: Taiwan Lattice recognizes that employees are its greatest asset and the driving force behind success in a highly competitive, global industry.
