Natura Labs is a performance marketing agency running paid social for fast-growing DTC brands across health, wellness, skincare, and consumer products. We move fast, test constantly, and tie every creative decision back to data and business outcomes.

The Role

We are looking for a creative strategist who is deeply rooted in direct response and can also run ad accounts independently. This is not a media buyer who helps with creative. This is a creative strategist first, who understands how to manage accounts and test what they build.

You will own the creative strategy for a set of brands, from research to concept to brief to test. You will also manage the Meta accounts for those brands and make daily optimization decisions without waiting to be told. The brands you will work on include affiliate-style consumer products and internal DTC brands in health and wellness that require native ad and advertorial experience.

What You Will Own

• Full creative strategy: research, angles, hooks, scripts, briefs, and concept pipeline
• Native ads and advertorial-style creative for health and wellness brands
• Batch creative testing: multiple new angles per week across all assigned accounts
• Day-to-day Meta account management: optimization, scaling, and daily updates
• Translating performance data into the next creative decision
• Protecting business metrics: ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV:CAC

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has a deep direct response background. They understand buying psychology, know how to write native-feeling ads that still convert, and can generate a high volume of strong concepts consistently. They also understand Meta well enough to run accounts on their own.

• Deep direct response copywriting and creative strategy background
• Experience writing native ads, advertorials, and affiliate-style creative for DTC brands
• Can name direct response marketers or educators they have actually learned from
• High concept output across multiple brands simultaneously
• Meta media buying experience: account setup, batch testing, daily optimization
• Research-first mindset: customer language, competitor analysis, and real data drive every concept
• Self-directed, fast, and highly accountable
• Has worked with aggressive offers or bold-claim products before
