About the Role We are hiring a Direct-Response Graphic Designer for a high-growth US DTC brand in the health, supplement, and CPG space. This is a dedicated production seat inside a fast-paced performance creative machine—not a brand support or maintenance role. You will be responsible for creating high-converting, performance-first visual assets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV. Working closely alongside Creative Strategists, you will flex across the growth creative pipeline, turn strategic briefs into high-performing ads, and take visual ownership over massive upcoming scale initiatives (including a major single-nutrient line launch and aggressive 2026 retail and Amazon expansions). Day to Day Responsibilities High-Volume Execution: Produce 1–3 finished static ad set concepts daily from brief to delivery for Meta, Google, and other key performance channels. Placement & Spec Adaptation: Resize and adapt visual assets into precise Meta and Google ad specifications across all required placements, formats, and aspect ratios. AI Tool Integration: Generate and seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI product imagery (using ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, etc.) directly into your daily design workflow when needed. Performance-First Design: Build layouts focused strictly on conversion, featuring strong visual hierarchy, clear hooks, compelling visual flow, and high-impact CTAs. Creative Collaboration: Partner directly with Creative Strategists on concept execution. You are expected to proactively flag ideas that could make an ad perform better, take direct feedback constructively, and iterate rapidly. Asset & Workflow Management: Manage design revisions within the team project management platform and deliver clean, perfectly organized, export-ready files on a daily basis. Upcoming Projects You'll Be Involved In Scaling overall paid social and growth creative output across Meta, Google, TikTok, and CTV during an aggressive growth phase. Leading graphic production for an upcoming single-nutrient product line launch. Designing high-impact creative to support major 2026 expansion plans across retail and Amazon. Collaborating with an expanding performance team (hiring in parallel alongside dedicated Video Editors and Creative Strategists). Must-haves: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in performance marketing or direct-to-consumer (DTC). A strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting paid social statics across Meta and Google placements. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma. Hands-on mastery of resizing, re-formatting, and tailoring creative for Meta and Google spec requirements. Broad experience designing across both static and motion ad formats. Genuine fluency with AI image generation tools embedded directly into your daily workflow. Sharp instincts for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy within a strict performance design context. Ability to produce at high volume without dropping quality while taking direct feedback and applying it quickly. Bonus Points: Experience with motion graphics or light video editing. Proficiency with collaborative and task management tools like Miro and Asana. Experience with specialized AI visual platforms (Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Gemini). Background designing for health, wellness, supplement, or CPG brands. Pay: $2,400 – $2,600 USD per month (Based on experience) 100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
