Each year, more markets adopt DRTV as an acquisition channel. The consultant will work with the in-market team to ensure that the fundamentals are properly implemented before the campaign is launched. This preparation allows for a successful test, accurate results analysis, and, if greenlit, a high-quality rollout. The consultant will support the market in understanding the target audience, gathering audience insights, defining the donor journey, selecting the team, building capacity, and choosing an agency. Additional responsibilities include TM preparation, integration with digital platforms and analytics reporting, as well as media planning and reporting. The consultant, in collaboration with the Individual Giving Content team, will ensure that the DRTV creatives are on-brand and aligned with UNICEF’s guidelines. Required skills: • A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional work experience is required in the following fields (including both strategic and hands-on) • Direct Response Television (DRTV) in different contexts (Global North and Global South) • Direct marketing experience • Individual giving fundraising experience. • At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience in creating and producing successful DRTV ads • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in direct marketing agencies management. Desirable skills: • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in digital marketing • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in telemarketing management • At least 2 years of experience managing a yearly TV media budget above USD1 Million • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in direct marketing agencies management. • At least 2 years of relevant professional work experience in media agencies management. Additional skills and attributes (all considered assets): • Highly organized, and strong attention to detail. • Proven knowledge of advanced Excel. • Proven knowledge of Power BI. • Demonstrated ability to: - Think end-to-end - Manage long-term projects - Manage multiple projects simultaneously across 2 or more international geographies.
