How You'll Make a Difference The Director, Client Success is a trusted partner and primary point of contact for RxAnte's health plan clients. Reporting into the VP of Client Success, the ideal candidate will drive value, customer satisfaction, and corporate success. Partnering closely with teammates in client analytics, product, and data services, the Director will coordinate across teams to deliver operational excellence, manage day-to-day client interactions, and ensure program performance. The best candidate will be adept at employing consultative techniques to strategize with and align to client goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to collaborate on the development and implementation of high-value program initiatives, demonstrating strong cross-functional fluency in data, analytics, and operational areas, with the ability to identify connections across departments and client relationships. This is a remote position with some travel to our offices in Sterling, Virginia and to client locations required. What You'll Do Establishes and strengthens long-term relationships with assigned clients as a trusted, strategic advisor, translating performance data into actionable insights and presenting findings with clarity and confidence. Strategizes, implements, and maintains program initiatives that align to client goals and objectives, establishing success criteria across financial, clinical, operational, and service capabilities. Manages client objectives, expectations, and timelines throughout the program lifecycle. Maintains a deep understanding of RxAnte's capabilities, communicates relevant offerings to clients, and identifies upsell opportunities. Partners with the client analytics team to gather and analyze data, identify trends and root causes, and develop quality workplans and deliverables for internal and external audiences. Oversees all aspects of client deliverables, coordinating with technical and analytic teams to identify potential issues and mitigate risk. Works with Client Success leadership and cross-functional teams to develop the scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Analyzes and evaluates program risks and produces program reports for client program leads and executive leadership. Facilitates effective client meetings and collaborates with team members to prepare for and drive client meeting success. What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree required. 7+ years of client management experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., health plan, hospital, healthcare services, pharmacy), with domain expertise in Medicare Advantage health plans and/or quality performance or improvement initiatives. Proven track record building and strengthening client relationships and communicating effectively with senior management and executives. Strong analytical rigor, with the confidence to analyze data and bring clients a point of view, not just a report. Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while operating independently amid competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to consistently meet deadlines and client expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Available for periodic travel to RxAnte's Sterling, Virginia office and to client sites. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company-sponsored visa sponsorship. Preferred Master's degree or other advanced degree in clinical services, healthcare analytics, healthcare administration, healthcare technology, or a related field. Experience with pharmacy and/or medical data. Knowledge of change management principles. Conditions of Employment All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening. Compensation The expected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 per year. This role is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus target. Actual compensation within the range is determined by factors including experience, skills, and internal equity.
