This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 10000000 - Rs 15000000 (ie INR 100 - 150 LPA) Min Experience: 16+ years Location: India JobType: full-time We are looking for a leader who brings: Significant experience leading the strategy, design, and execution of AI platforms within large financial institutions, ideally in commercial lending or related domains. Deep expertise in AI technologies, platform architecture, engineering best practices, and operational excellence. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Proven leadership skills, including Agile and servant leadership, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects through senior governance forums. Expertise in risk management, financial oversight, and stakeholder collaboration and negotiation. A passion for innovation and a commitment to building a scalable, efficient, and resilient AI platform that drives business transformation.
