Review operational and financial performance of one or more subsidiaries and thoroughly understand and challenge underlying business events and planning assumptions. Coordinate monthly management reporting, forecasts and budgets with the subsidiaries in accordance with Group requirements. Evaluate upcoming investment decisions, coordinate Group approval processes and provide assessments of investment proposals. Analyze and evaluate the performance of historical investment decisions. Perform ad-hoc analyses for requests of the top management and support the preparation of Executive Committee as well as Board of Directors meetings. Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on finance or accounting. Around 7 years of professional experience in management reporting and investment controlling, or a related field. Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail, high commitment, and sound business judgment. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset. The ability to collaborate effectively across departments, businesses, and territories and to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with finance systems and BI solutions, knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation, AnaplanXL and OneStream is a strong plus. Fluency in German and English, proficiency in French language is a plus. Around 150 colleagues from 15 nations make up RTL Group's Corporate Centers in Cologne and Luxembourg.
