PLACE OF WORK Moserstraße 42, 5020 Salzburg AREA OF EMPLOYMENT Finance EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time SALARY Gross annual salary starting from € 154.000* *willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications As soon as possible How you’ll make your mark Your main tasks in this role are: You will be accountable for setting up, developing and leading a team of Functional Controlling Managers working side-by-side with the HR, F&A and Customer Interaction functions acting as essential Business Partners to drive effective performance management in these global functions You and your team take responsibility for the company-wide cost benefit management (CBM) policy and ensure that the regulations on the cost benefit analyses and the corresponding approval processes are complied with Together with your team you will be the Global Controlling Counterpart of a company-wide cost transformation program .
