You will oversee and guide a team including a Content & Enablement Associate and a Commercial Content & Packaging Manager , ensuring strategy is translated into high-quality, revenue-driving output. You will partner closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Insights, and Field Marketing to translate capabilities into clear, compelling solutions that build awareness, accelerate pipeline, and drive commercial impact. Why This Role Exists Build Awareness : Establish Dailymotion Advertising as a premium video platform delivering measurable performance at scale through thought leadership Drive Sales Acceleration : Equip sales teams with clear, compelling solutions and a pipeline of materials that support client conversations and close business Strengthen Market Position : Develop narratives and materials that build association, credibility, and demand What You’ll Own Global Content Programs, Narratives & Thought Leadership Lead global content programs and define the narratives that bring our offering to market. Develop clear, differentiated narratives grounded in product, data, and insights Translate research, data, and market signals into compelling, commercially relevant stories Lead thought leadership, insights content, and strategic storytelling that positions Dailymotion Advertising in market Partner with Product Marketing and Insights to shape how narratives are developed, validated, and scaled Ensure consistency across all go-to-market materials and content programs Commercial Packaging, Enablement & Case Study Development Build how our solutions are packaged, sold, and proven in market. Define and scale how offerings are packaged and commercialized across markets Oversee development of sales decks, one-pagers, and solution materials that support pipeline and client conversations Create vertical and industry-specific materials aligned to priority categories Establish and manage the case study development process, from identifying opportunities to building compelling, sales-ready proof points Ensure all materials clearly articulate value, differentiation, and outcomes Tentpole Moments & Scalable Content Programs Turn key moments into repeatable commercial opportunities. Develop content and packaging tied to sports, cultural, and seasonal moments Translate moments into scalable, sales-ready programs and narratives Ensure alignment between storytelling, packaging, and commercial objectives 8+ years in marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market roles within media, adtech, or tech Strong experience partnering with Sales and commercial leadership Proven ability to translate products and data into sellable narratives and materials Experience building content systems, packaging, and sales enablement at scale Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels Strong storytelling and communication skills Dailymotion is proud to be an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
