Envision yourself at Barracuda Barracuda is seeking a Director, GTM Intelligence & Analytics to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of analytics that support decision-making across the Revenue organization. This leader will ensure Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams operate from a shared set of trusted metrics, actionable insights, and scalable reporting capabilities. This role goes beyond delivering dashboards and reports. You will define how the business measures performance, establish governance for key revenue metrics, and help leaders make better decisions by connecting data to business outcomes. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, IT, and executive leadership to improve data quality, strengthen reporting consistency, expand self-service analytics, and modernize how insights are delivered through automation and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, deep business and analytics expertise, technical credibility, and a passion for building data-driven organizations that create measurable business impact. What you'll be working on Lead the analytics strategy, roadmap, and team supporting Sales, Marketing, Channel, and executive leadership. Own the measurement framework for the Revenue organization, including pipeline, bookings, ARR, ACV, renewals, retention, expansion, productivity, and customer lifecycle performance. Establish governance processes that ensure business metrics, reporting logic, and semantic models remain consistent, trusted, and aligned across functions. Determine the best vehicles for users to consume operational and analytical data Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to improve data quality, reporting reliability, and confidence in business decisions. Drive the evolution of Barracuda's analytics ecosystem, including Databricks, Power BI, Copilot, Fabric, Claude, Salesforce, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled insights. Expand proactive and predictive analytics capabilities that help leaders identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions earlier. Evaluate opportunities to automate analytics and reporting workflows while maintaining appropriate governance, transparency, and business context. What you bring to the role 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, data strategy, or related disciplines, including experience leading managers and high-performing analytics teams. Strong Salesforce expertise, including a deep understanding of CRM architecture, opportunity management, pipeline processes, forecasting, and the objects and data relationships that drive GTM reporting and analytics. Deep understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics, including ARR, ACV, pipeline, bookings, retention, expansion, churn, and productivity. Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to drive business performance and operational improvements. Proven success building, scaling, or modernizing analytics capabilities and establishing trusted KPI frameworks within a growing organization. Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, reporting governance, and enterprise analytics best practices. Hands-on experience with SQL, Databricks, Power BI, and modern analytics platforms, with the ability to guide technical decisions and review solution designs. Experience applying automation, AI, or advanced analytics capabilities to improve reporting, insights, and operational effectiveness. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across executive and cross-functional teams. Excellent business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain analytical concepts clearly to senior business leaders.
