The Director II, Quality Assurance, Training & AI Readiness provides strategic leadership for workforce development, quality assurance, training, and AI readiness across Revenue Cycle service delivery operations. Reporting to the SVP, Quality & Intelligence, this role leads enterprise functions supporting Accounts Receivable, Clinical Denials, Appeals, Complex Claims, and related Revenue Cycle services. The Director II is responsible for establishing scalable training and quality strategies, standardized learning methodologies, audit and quality governance, competency frameworks, and AI adoption initiatives that strengthen operational performance, compliance, workforce effectiveness, and client service. This leader oversees managers, supervisors, trainers, quality professionals, and other workforce enablement resources while partnering closely with operational, business intelligence, technology, and quality leaders to align talent development and quality programs with organizational priorities, client expectations, and the evolving demands of AI-enabled healthcare operations. The Opportunity: Lead enterprise quality assurance programs supporting Billing, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Denials, Appeals, Complex Claims, and related Revenue Cycle functions, establishing standards that drive consistency, accountability, and service excellence. Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of enterprise learning and workforce development programs that build the knowledge, skills, and capabilities required for high-performing Revenue Cycle teams. Lead AI readiness and workforce adoption initiatives that prepare employees and leaders to effectively and responsibly leverage approved AI-enabled tools and technologies across Revenue Cycle operations. Partner with operational and cross-functional leaders to identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analyses, and implement targeted training, quality, and remediation strategies that address business needs and improve workforce effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis of quality, training, and operational outcomes, identifying trends and opportunities to reduce defects and rework while improving quality, productivity, employee proficiency, and client service. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, Quality Assurance, Training, Operational Excellence, or Workforce Development. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing leaders, supervisors, managers, or functional teams.
