As a Director Integrated Supply Chain Operations here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and success of our products within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across the organization (FSR, Procurement, Planning, ISC Engineering, Rate Readiness, Quality). You will report directly to our Sr. Director of ISC Operations and work out of our Torrance location on a hybrid schedule. Identify and deploy operational strategies to improve overall product health across the identified value stream at the site. Lead and program manage a daily MOS inclusive of an IPT to identify and track improvement actions to closure. Collaborate and partner cross functionally to drive product health improvements across all KPIs including but not limited too, delivery, quality, inventory, and cost Foster effective communications and collaboration across key stakeholders such as production, materials management, quality, customer ops, procurement, supplier readiness, and the Site Leadership Team. Lead formal Executive level Program Management Reviews on the overall product health team status. YOU MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in lean management/six sigma and project/program management WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field. Influential Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and guide a team. The annual base salary range for this position is $179,000-$223,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
