Director, IT Software Engineer

The Director, IT & Software Engineering is a strategic and hands-on technology leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s software engineering, technology infrastructure, applications, integrations, and IT initiatives. This position will provide leadership across the full technology lifecycle—from architecture and development through implementation, support, security, and continuous improvement. The Director will partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to understand organizational needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and effective technology solutions. This role requires a leader who can operate strategically while remaining technically engaged and capable of working directly with vendors and business teams. The ideal candidate brings strong software engineering experience, IT leadership capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to lead technology initiatives in a growing and evolving organization.
