Vision of the Role As a regional leader, the Director Marketing Campaigns will strategically guide and influence local marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that drive user growth, platform engagement, and topline growth across key markets. This role is pivotal in aligning regional strategies with local execution to achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement market-specific campaign strategies that drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth and increase platform orders. Create regional campaign frameworks and align them with local teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI through dynamic budget allocation and vendor management. Conduct data-driven analyses to refine campaign structures and enhance vendor effectiveness. Vendor and Budget Management: Establish and maintain a vendor matrix that maximizes platform visibility, acquisitions, and order growth. Oversee the allocation and utilization of budgets across campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable growth. Annual Campaign Planning: Collaborate with local marketing teams to build and manage a regional annual campaign calendar, integrating market nuances and business goals. Commercial Impact: Contribute directly to commercial VFD growth targets by leveraging marketing tools and visibility channels to boost platform engagement and revenue. Experience: Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, minimum 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in strategy or campaign management or a similar sub-function. Marketing experience in regional roles leading Asia markets and Europe and Turkey Proven experience in leading regional strategies and influencing local teams across multiple markets. Expertise: Strong analytical skills with a focus on market dynamics and campaign performance metrics. Strategic ability to translate numbers into business insights and decision making Proficiency in commercial teams management and budget allocation Experience in designing and managing campaign frameworks that achieve consistent growth.
