Job Description: Director, Marketing Operations The Director, Marketing Operations plays a pivotal role in executing Veristat’s global go-to market commercial plan. S/he will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and measuring the company’s overall digital marketing strategy to achieve key business objectives. The Director will have primary responsibility for driving user experience, constant improvement of our global website(s), as well as managing contractors, social media, analytics tracking and reporting, and monitoring brand standards and usage. The Director, Marketing Operations will leverage in-depth digital marketing and HubSpot experience and a passion for digital technologies and channels. This role is both strategic and tactical, requiring hands-on execution in HubSpot and Salesforce and digital strategy leadership. Make an Impact at Veristat! What we offer: The estimated hiring range for this role is $180K – 190K plus applicable bonus. This hiring range is specific to the USA and will vary for other regions based upon local market data. Final salary is ultimately decided upon taking into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to: skills and experience, licensure and certifications, education, specific location and dynamic market data. Web technology certifications a plus. 8-12 years digital marketing experience in a B2B environment. CRO, biotech, pharma, or life sciences preferred. Knowledge managing a global, multi-language B2B website and marketing automation platform preferred. Proven HubSpot knowledge required, certifications preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills; strong detail orientation; ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask; and ability to learn quickly and assimilate the detail of project requirements. Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and perform as a team player. Ability to translate market and customer insights into fresh new concepts to support continued growth in our strategic markets. Proficient in digital marketing techniques and platforms: HubSpot, Google analytics, Salesforce, social media, SEM, SEO platforms, email marketing, web content systems, etc. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Good prioritization capabilities, with an ability to see a task through to completion, despite other demands. Must demonstrate judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results against milestones. Experience developing strategies for and executing campaigns across digital marketing channels, performing in accordance with industry best practices. Experience leveraging integrated marketing automation/CRM for optimal marketing use and performance.
