The Impact You Will Make Streamline and automate media operations and buying to achieve a 20% improvement in process efficiency , while building scalable, resilient operations that effectively support both today’s execution needs and future business transformation . How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life What You Will Do AI & Automation Develop and own the AI and automation roadmap for media operations and buying, prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities to improve process efficiency, scalability, and media effectiveness. Lead the implementation of cost-effective automation solutions , determining the optimal mix of internal resources, external partners, and technology investments in partnership with BT. Build AI capability and adoption across the team , establishing practical use cases, training, and ways of working that embed AI into day-to-day media operations. Establish AI and automation governance , including standards for responsible use, quality control, documentation, measurement, and ongoing optimization. Build a scalable automation foundation that enables greater media in-housing , reducing manual work and creating repeatable, sustainable processes. Establish measurement and reporting for AI and automation initiatives , quantifying efficiency gains, business impact, adoption, and return on investment. Media Operations Lead the media operations and billing roadmap , managing direct reports, priorities, capacity, and workflows to ensure accuracy, quality, efficiency, and timely execution. Anticipate evolving operational requirements resulting from business transformation and proactively develop solutions, processes, and resource plans to support future needs. Strengthen account security, operational controls, and governance , establishing clear SOPs, SLAs, ownership, escalation paths, and quality standards across core media processes. Identify and eliminate operational friction , using data and process analysis to simplify workflows, reduce errors, improve handoffs, and increase team productivity. Partner cross-functionally with media, technology, finance, analytics, and business leaders to ensure operational capabilities and automation priorities align with broader business objectives. Build scalable operating models that can support both current business requirements and future growth and transformation. What Success Looks Like Deliver measurable operational impact: Achieve a 20%+ improvement in process efficiency through AI, automation, and process optimization while maintaining or improving quality, accuracy, and media effectiveness. Build scalable operations for the future: Establish the automation, governance, SOPs, and operating models needed to seamlessly support today’s media execution while enabling future business transformation and increased media in-housing. Embed AI into how the team works: Build strong AI capability and adoption across the organization, with teams consistently applying AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve decision-making, and increase overall effectiveness.
