Company Overview

We're partnering with a growing private equity-backed parts company. They are expanding into the Asia-Pacific region. As part of this exciting growth phase, they are looking for a Director of Business Development to drive growth and build key customer relationships.

Job Summary

You will lead business development across the APAC region, developing new business opportunities and growing key customer accounts with airlines, MROs, and operators.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's expansion plans, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive revenue growth and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities

• Grow sales and expand the company's presence across the APAC region.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, MROs, operators, and aviation customers.
• Manage key customer accounts and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across parts, leasing, exchanges, and AOG support.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Experience
• 5+ years' experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
• Experience within the aviation industry is essential.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships and grow revenue.
• Knowledge of aviation traceability and certification requirements.
• Experience with AvSight or similar aviation systems would be an advantage. Previous experience within the aircraft parts, aftermarket, MRO, leasing, or airline sectors is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Aviation, or a related discipline preferred.
