Responsibilities

This is a part‑time, remote position responsible for delivering structured coaching and supporting others. The role focuses on guiding individuals through established personal development tools and proven business and leadership development frameworks.

The Director of Business Development will provide guidance on digital business setup, foundational marketing practices, audience development and sustainable daily routines that promote both business growth and personal wellbeing.

It involves conducting virtual coaching sessions, offering ongoing support in business planning and implementation. Tasks include preparing reports, collaborating on educational content and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also requires collaboration with the wider team to ensure consistency, support community initiatives and uphold a professional, inclusive environment worldwide.

This position is suited to individuals with experience in education, coaching, training, personal development, or business development who are confident working independently in a remote environment and can commit to delivering high‑quality output.
