• Maintain the firm event calendar with milestones, pre-event checklists, and accountability assignments.
• Drive content development across The Risk Register blog, LinkedIn, newsletters, and CPE program materials.

• 4+ years in operations management, program management, or a director-level business role in professional services or consulting
• Proven project management skills; experienced with Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or equivalent platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex concurrent workstreams with minimal direction and high follow-through
• Excellent written English; able to produce executive-quality documents, briefs, and communications independently
• Strong content coordination instincts; experience managing editorial calendars or content pipelines
Preferred Skills:
• Background in professional services, internal audit, risk advisory, or management consulting
• Event logistics experience at the 50-500 attendee scale
• Experience building SOPs and operational leverage systems in a growing firm
• Exposure to the IIA professional community or internal audit ecosystem
Personality:
• Thinks in systems
• Executes with discipline
Software & Tools:
