Director of Clinical Services Location : Remote Salary Range: 150K-175K Allminds is an innovative mental health company delivering high-quality tele-therapy through a growing network of licensed clinicians. We are pioneering tech-enabled, measurement-based care models to increase access to care while driving exceptional quality and patient outcomes. Today, Allminds reaches more than 6,000 people across California through a network of 400+ clinicians. As we gear up to expand nationally, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead the evolution of our clinical care model, establish a multi-state clinician network, and ensure the highest standards of care across the organization. The Role The Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for ensuring that Allminds delivers high-quality, evidence-based mental healthcare at scale. This leader will oversee clinical quality, clinician hiring and development, implementation of clinical policies and care standards, and the ongoing evolution of Allminds’ technology-enabled care model. They will work closely with Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to build the systems, processes, and tools necessary to support a rapidly growing national provider network. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about combining evidence-based care, operational excellence, and technology to improve outcomes for both patients and clinicians. Success in this role requires a highly collaborative approach and a willingness to partner across disciplines, bringing expertise while remaining curious and open to diverse perspectives. What You'll Do 1. Lead Clinical Quality, Outcomes, and Care Delivery Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards that support measurement-based teletherapy at scale Design systems for ongoing quality assurance, chart review, and clinical performance monitoring Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, documentation, and quality standards 2. Recruit and Build an Exceptional Clinical Team Define clinical hiring standards and assess candidates for alignment with Allminds' care philosophy Design and oversee clinician onboarding and training programs 3. Supervise, Support, and Develop Clinicians Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision across the network Establish scalable systems for ongoing quality review, case consultation, clinical feedback and professional development 4. Shape the Future of Clinical Care at Allminds Provide clinical expertise for the development of documentation tools, quality monitoring systems, measurement-based care workflows, AI-enabled clinical support tools, and other innovations Ensure technology solutions support both excellent patient outcomes and sustainable clinician practices Qualifications Required PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program Active psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed 7+ years of clinical experience, including experience supervising licensed clinicians Experience leading clinical quality initiatives within behavioral health organizations Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills Passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare Preferred Experience in telehealth, digital health, or technology-enabled behavioral healthcare Experience managing distributed or multi-state clinical teams Familiarity with commercial payer requirements and value-based care models Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Operations teams Experience scaling clinical programs in a high-growth environment Why Join Allminds This is a unique opportunity to shape how high-quality mental healthcare is delivered at scale.
