Role Description The Director of Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance Hall Capital Partners’ investment, brokerage, and property management capabilities. This role oversees innovation projects from concept through execution, identifying process improvements, technology solutions, and new business models that support value-add retail and multifamily investments. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional project teams, analyzing market and operational data, evaluating new tools and platforms, and building business cases for innovation initiatives. The Director of Innovation collaborates with senior leadership to align innovation priorities with firm strategy, communicates project progress and outcomes, and ensures that new practices are successfully integrated into core operations.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, financial data, and operational metrics.
• Program management experience in designing, overseeing, and scaling innovation or transformation initiatives.
• Project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Expertise in strategic planning to define innovation roadmaps, set measurable objectives, and align with firm-wide goals.
• Consulting skills to advise leadership, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus on innovation opportunities.
• Background in real estate, finance, technology, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in remote and cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus.
