In support of the broader business strategy, Securitas Technology Europe is undertaking a significant transformation programme to standardise business processes, modernise enterprise technology platforms, and establish a more integrated operating model across the region Role Purpose The Director of IT Transformation (Europe) is responsible for leading the delivery and ongoing development of Securitas Technology Europe's IT Transformation Roadmap. Working within a partially defined transformation agenda, the role will help shape, refine and execute a multi-year programme focused on modernising enterprise platforms, standardising business processes and enabling a more unified technology ecosystem across Europe. Working closely with the European CIO, Business Transformation leadership team, European business leaders and regional IT teams, the Director of IT Transformation will ensure technology initiatives are aligned with business objectives and delivered effectively to support long-term operational efficiency, scalability and growth. The role combines strategic programme leadership with hands-on transformation delivery, providing direction to cross-functional teams, managing transformation investments, and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working across multiple countries and business functions Scope of Responsibility Transformation Strategy & Roadmap Lead the continued development and execution of the European IT Transformation Roadmap in alignment with the wider business transformation agenda. Translate business priorities into a practical technology transformation strategy covering enterprise platforms, business applications, data capabilities and digital infrastructure. Work with business and IT stakeholders to identify priorities, opportunities and transformation initiatives that support operational improvement and business growth. Ensure technology investments support process standardisation, operational scalability and long-term organisational objectives. Enterprise Programme Leadership Lead large-scale, multi-country transformation programmes across Europe. Oversee major modernisation initiatives involving ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, integrations and supporting data platforms. Establish programme governance, delivery frameworks and reporting mechanisms that support effective delivery and transparent decision-making. Manage programme plans, budgets, risks, resources, dependencies and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams. Ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to agreed business objectives. Business & Technology Alignment Partner with leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and other functional areas to ensure technology initiatives support business priorities. Translate technology transformation objectives into practical business outcomes and process improvements. Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to support alignment, engagement and successful programme execution. Act as a trusted transformation partner to key stakeholders throughout programme planning and delivery Technology Modernisation Lead the modernisation of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM and supporting data platforms. Drive initiatives that support adoption of modern cloud technologies, integrated business systems and scalable technology architecture. Ensure transformation solutions align with organisational requirements for security, resilience, performance and sustainability. Support the adoption of new technologies, tools and delivery approaches that enhance operational effectiveness and business value. Leadership & Capability Development Provide leadership, direction and support to IT transformation resources, programme teams, consultants and delivery partners. Lead, coach and develop direct reports, creating a high-performing and collaborative team environment. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Ensure teams have the skills, capabilities and support needed to deliver complex transformation programmes successfully. Vendor & Partner Collaboration Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic consulting partners and technology vendors. Ensure external partners contribute effectively to programme delivery and remain aligned with transformation objectives. Oversee supplier performance and support commercial governance activities relating to transformation programmes. Collaborate with partners to leverage expertise, accelerate delivery and maximise programme outcomes. Change Management & Adoption Champion organisational change across business units and regions to support successful implementation of new systems and processes. Work closely with change management and communications teams to embed transformation initiatives across the organisation. Promote stakeholder engagement, user readiness and adoption throughout programme lifecycles. Ensure technology transformation delivers measurable business benefits, productivity improvements and enhanced customer and colleague experiences Performance, Governance & Investment Management Establish and maintain governance frameworks that enable effective programme oversight and performance monitoring. Define and track programme success measures, milestones and key performance indicators. Own programme budgets and resource planning, ensuring effective allocation of investment and delivery resources. Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions where required to support successful outcomes. Provide regular reporting and updates to senior stakeholders on programme progress, risks and opportunities. Experience & Knowledge Extensive experience leading large-scale IT, digital or business transformation programmes within complex organisations. Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide ERP, CRM and business systems implementation or modernisation initiatives. Experience with Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365 across ERP, Operations, CRM and HR modules Experience operating at Director level or a comparable senior leadership position within enterprise technology environments. Demonstrated success leading multi-country or multinational transformation programmes. Experience managing programme budgets, resources and transformation investments. Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct line management responsibility. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud technologies and transformation methodologies. Experience working with technology vendors, consulting partners and cross-functional business stakeholders. Familiarity with programme governance, project delivery methodologies and change management approaches Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking combined with strong programme execution capability.
