Role Description The Director of Operations at HashKey Chain is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day business and operational activities across the organization. This position leads operational planning, sets performance KPIs, and ensures that processes, workflows, and resources are aligned with strategic goals. The Director will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and implement data-driven improvements in service delivery, customer experience, and internal efficiency. Responsibilities include designing and refining operational frameworks, monitoring risk and compliance considerations related to blockchain and digital assets, and supporting senior leadership with reporting and decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with product, technology, finance, and customer-facing teams to ensure scalable operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, KPI setting, and cross-functional coordination.

• Relevant qualifications include experience in technology or blockchain-related operations, familiarity with compliance and risk management, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or professional certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders is essential.
