Setu Flow brings together CRM, product catalogs, pricing, quotations, customer communication, trade shows, analytics, integrations, international market intelligence and AI through Setu Guru.
We are looking for a Director of Product Development to help take Setu Flow from a fast-growing SaaS product into a scalable, secure and intelligent global platform.
About the RoleThis is not a traditional engineering management position.
We are looking for someone who can understand the business problem, challenge the proposed solution, define the technical approach and work closely with engineering to ensure it is delivered correctly.
You will operate at the intersection of:
Product + Architecture + Engineering + AI + Data + Delivery
You will work directly with company leadership, product, UX/UI and engineering teams to turn product vision into scalable technology.
You should be comfortable moving from a product roadmap discussion to an architecture review, API design conversation or engineering delivery meeting.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who still enjoys building, not simply managing.
What You Will OwnProduct DevelopmentOwn the technical delivery of the Setu Flow product roadmap from idea through production.

You will help create an integration framework that allows us to add new systems without turning every integration into a custom engineering project.
