Role Description

The Director of Product Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nexuschain LA’s blockchain-based products. This role oversees the product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product strategy, prioritizing features and enhancements, analyzing market trends and customer feedback, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The Director of Product Management will lead and mentor product teams, establish best practices in product management, and coordinate cross-functional project execution to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-centric products.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, including experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and lifecycle management.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, user feedback, and performance metrics for data-driven product decisions.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product managers and fostering collaboration across functions.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, resources, and dependencies for successful product delivery.
• Experience in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies, SaaS or enterprise software, and innovation in emerging tech markets is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear product requirements and presentations.
• Background in working remotely with distributed teams, demonstrating strong self-management, organization, and proactive collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in product management are a plus.
