We're seeking a Director of Recruitment who will be our strategic partner in driving growth, leading sales, and scaling our agency. This is more than just a role; it’s an opportunity to build and own equity in a thriving business.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

• Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading and scaling teams of agency recruiters. You excel at hiring, onboarding, training, and managing performance.
• Recruitment Expertise: 5-10+ years as a successful full-desk agency recruiter including Sales, Account Management, and Recruiting. You know the game inside and out.
• Growth Mindset: You're hungry to grow, scale, and innovate. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and think like an intrapreneur.
