Maintain internal quality assurance to ensure physician suspension decisions based on vendor reviews are accurate, defensible, and compliant with medical staff bylaws. Oversee tactical priorities: physician suspension, OPPE/billing, outstanding orders, abbreviation standardization, Forms Committee, records compliance, and release of information. Manage vendor relationships by tracking performance metrics and SLAs, and serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved operational issues. Collaborate with Ascension Technologies to align EHR software functionality with clinical workflows, ensuring documentation timeliness and accuracy. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Preferred Credential(s): Accountant. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management (HIM) or related field At least 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated Health Information Management (HIM) leadership role.
