Our fulfillment center is Goodwill Southern California. That's not a logistical detail, it's a decision. Every order that ships creates employment for people with barriers to work. In 2025, that meant 60,749 hours of dignified work, the equivalent of full-time employment for 29 people for an entire year.
That's one line in our annual impact report. In the same year, our clients funded 219,527 meals for children in need, provided 87,705 kids with life-saving vitamins, planted 27,863 trees, and delivered 60,149 weeks of safe water to families who needed it. Since 2017, nearly $5 million has gone to charity through gifts that companies were already buying.
The corporate gifting market is approaching $1 trillion. Every major platform in this space has bolted social impact on as a feature, a collection, a filter, a sustainability page. We built the company around it. Every product. Every purchase. Every client. That structural difference is what makes this one of the most compelling sales roles in the purpose-driven business space.
"Building a recognition program that works across dozens of countries and thousands of employees is no small thing. Gifts for Good made it possible without losing any of the intentionality we care about. Every gift still feels personal, and every gift still gives back." — Sara Shillinglaw, Head of Employee Engagement & Impact, Zoom
Gifts for Good is a Certified B Corporation with a score of 126, a Certified Women-Owned Business, and one of the first 16 companies in the world to achieve the Climate Label Certification, alongside REI, Vuori, and Reformation. Our gifting platform lets companies run recipient-choice gifting programs at scale, with built-in impact reporting that gives corporate buyers verifiable ESG data on every campaign.
We work with over 82 nonprofits and social enterprises across 50 states and 72 countries. Since 2017, we have channeled nearly $5 million to charity, funded over 900,000 meals for children, and created more than 320,000 hours of employment for people facing barriers to work. We are in an exciting growth phase and we are hiring the person who helps get us there.
We are a lean, high-trust small mission-based team that moves fast, makes decisions quickly, and genuinely cares about the work. You will report directly to the CEO. You will have real ownership of what you build.
This is a senior sales leadership role focused on landing the next major enterprise relationships for Gifts for Good. We believe sales is repeatable when it follows a process. Great sales teams run on playbooks anyone can learn and execute. Building those playbooks for our team, the script, the SOPs, the qualification framework, the upsell/cross-sell framework, the training, is a core part of this role.
In your first 90 days, you will audit the current pipeline, assess the sales team and propose the right go-forward structure, build out your target account list of major enterprise opportunities, meet with our current team to identify acceleration opportunities, and begin building the sales playbook this team will execute against.
The people who thrive here care about the mission the way our clients do. Not because it makes selling easier, though it does, but because they genuinely believe businesses can be a force for good. If that's performative for you, we'll both find out quickly. If it's real, you'll find this the most meaningful sales role you've ever had.
